Introduction 

Central Academy School is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all students, staff, visitors, and stakeholders. This security policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a secure campus and ensuring the well-being of our school community. 

Responsibilities 

  • School Administration: The school administration is responsible for establishing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety measures. 

  • Staff: All staff members are responsible for adhering to security policies, reporting any security concerns, and participating in security training as required. 

  • Students: Students are expected to follow school security guidelines, report any suspicious activity, and cooperate with security personnel and school staff. 

  • Parents and Guardians: Parents and guardians are encouraged to support and adhere to school security policies, participate in security awareness programs, and promptly report any security concerns. 

 

Access Control 

  • Visitor Access: All visitors must check in at the main entrance and obtain a visitor's pass. Unauthorized access to school premises is strictly prohibited. 

  • Identification: Staff, students, and visitors should prominently display identification badges while on school property. 

 

Security Personnel 

  • Security Team: The school employs trained security personnel to monitor and maintain security on campus. 

  • Crisis Response: Security personnel are equipped to respond to emergencies, including fire drills, medical incidents, and security breaches. 

 

Emergency Procedures 

  • Evacuation: The school conducts regular fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to ensure preparedness.
