CANCELLATION POLICY AT CENTRAL ACADEMY

At Central Academy, we strive to provide the best educational experience for all our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or participation in a program. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by the Participant

  • Notification Requirement: All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the Central Academy administration. You may email us at contact@centralacademy.ac.in or visit the administration office.

  • Cancellation Fee:

    • Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment 14 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.

    • Within 14 Days of Course Start Date: If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

    • After Course Start Date: No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

  • Special Circumstances: In the case of medical emergencies or other significant reasons, a written appeal can be submitted to the administration for a potential partial refund or credit towards future courses.

2. Cancellation by Central Academy

  • Program Cancellation: Central Academy reserves the right to cancel any course or program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another course.

  • Notification: Participants will be notified of cancellations via email or phone as soon as possible.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within [7-14 business days] of the cancellation notification.

3. Rescheduling

  • Participant-Initiated Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your course enrollment, please contact the administration at least 14 days before the course start date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur a processing fee.

  • Academy-Initiated Rescheduling: If Central Academy needs to reschedule a course, participants will be notified promptly and offered the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Non-Attendance: Participants who fail to attend a course without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Method

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged with the administration and only under certain circumstances.
