Hi there, I'm Central Academy. Not just bricks, boards, bells, and benches ā Iām a living, breathing world. A little chaotic, a little emotional, and very, veryĀ full of life.
Iāve seen first graders cry on their first day, and twelfth graders cry on their last (donāt worry, I cry too). Iāve watched students go from āMaāam, can I go to the washroom?ā to āSir, I got placed at Infosys.ā
Let me tell you what itās like being me.
āļø Mornings Are My Favorite
I love when my gates swing open and you all tumble in ā sleepy, grumpy, giggling, chasing each other like puppies in uniform. The way you try to sneak in late and pretend you were "here the whole time"? Hilarious.
Your footsteps echo down my corridors, your laughter fills my air, and for those 6-7 hours⦠I'm alive because of you.
š Iāve Heard Everything
Every excuse, every āthe dog ate my homework,ā every āthis test wasnāt fair,ā and yes ā every whispered crush confession during group projects. You think I donāt know? Sweetheart, Iāve seen students pass chits before WhatsApp was even a thing.
I keep secrets. Thatās part of the job.
š„ Iāve Hosted Heroes
Some of you walk in nervous, shy, unsure of your place. And then one day⦠you sing in front of the whole school, win a gold in athletics, or solve a math problem your teacher hadnāt even finished explaining.
I live for those moments. Theyāre better than any paint job Iāve had.
š I Love the Drama
The annual function panic. The costume mishaps. The student who forgets their line and just makes something up that somehow works.I've seen it all. And honestly? I'm the biggest fan in the audience.
šø You Grow, I Glow
Every time you scribble on my desks, I sigh (but I let it slide). Every time you hang your drawings on my boards, I feel proud. Every time you walk my halls taller than the year before, I know ā Iāve done something right.
Iām not just here to teach you how to pass exams. Iām here to watch you grow into yourself.
š°ļø And When You Leave...
You hug your teachers, take selfies with every possible wall, and promise to visit. Some of you keep that promise, some donāt ā but I remember you anyway.
I remember your first steps through my gates. I remember your laughter bouncing off my walls. I remember the version of you that only I knew.
š So Hereās to You
You give me purpose. You bring me life. You leave behind echoes that last longer than any bell I ring.
I am Central Academy. Iāve raised thousands, Iāve celebrated millions of small moments, and Iāll always be ready for more.
Tomorrow, someone new will walk in. And Iāll love them too.
Until then,Yours forever,ā Central Academy(Yes, the one with the loud bell and a heart full of stories)
