Did you notice that it wasn’t just the hands and legs but also the eye and hand coordination which is helping these young ones perform the drill?

As we grow older and as our children grow older, the ability to be more agile and flexible is compromised by our lifestyle choices.

COVID19 has highlighted the poor physical standards of many of us; our inability to fight infections and ailments stems from our lack of fitness.

As your children remain indoors, it’s important for you to help them follow a fitness regimen such as Yoga or even Zumba- which is fun to do together.

Don’t let the extended Lockdown for children adversely affect their health and fitness!
